Washoku lesson at Wirght-Locke Farm in August

The June lesson at Wright-Locke Farm was a lot of fun.  I could meet lots of Washoku fans and we had a great time making some of my favorite dishes.  My next set of Washoku lessons at Wright-locke farm are just around the corner. The menu for the August lesson:

  • Smoked salmon and vegetables freestyle sushi
  • Fried and marinated summer vegetables
  • Matcha cake parfait with berries

Smoked salmon and vegetable sushi is a great dish for parties or gatherings with friends and family. With my recipe, you should be able to find all the ingredients at your local supermarket. I do not use raw fish so that everyone can enjoy it. I also simplified the cooking process to make it easy for everyone without any professional skills.

Fried and marinated summer vegetables is a staple dish of my family. I make it every week for our dinner table. I love the dish because it is really tasty, and help myself and my family to eat lots of vegetables.
