Ultra-Easy Kimchi Yakisoba Noodles

There's a lot of kimchi in this, so it's delicious without any other ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Yakisoba noodles
2 packs
200 g
"Chuuno" sauce or Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
2 tablespoons
Nori seaweed
To taste


1. Cut up the kimchi into 1 cm pieces.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan, add the noodles and a little water and stir fry while de-tangling them.
3. When the noodles are cooked, add the kimchi and mix well.
4. Turn the heat up to high, add the sauce, and when it's a little bit burnt, it's done.
