Extremely Easy Lasagna

This delicious lasagna is easier to make than it looks! It's layered with 6 sheets of lasagna, simmered meat sauce, and a thick white sauce!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Lasagna
6 sheets (17 x 8.5 cm)
Meat Sauce
Ground pork or beef
200 g
Onion

Garlic
1 teaspoon
Canned tomato
1 can
Red wine or sake
2 tablespoons
Consommé soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 scant tablespoon
Ketchup
3 tablespoons
Allspice
3 shakes
White Sauce
Cake flour
6 tablespoons
Butter
4 tablespoons
Milk
400ml
Consommé soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg
3 shakes
Toppings
Pizza cheese
2 handfuls

Steps

1. Meat Sauce: Cook all of the meat sauce ingredients in the order listed. Simmer while stirring until the liquid evaporates.
2. White Sauce: Put the flour and butter into a heat-resistant dish and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and then add the milk and flavoring ingredients. Combine well and microwave for 6 1/2 minutes.
3. Assemble: Boil the lasagna so that it is still slightly hard. Layer the lasagna, meat sauce, lasagna, white sauce, in that order, into a dish. Repeat as necessary and then top with cheese.
4. Bake: Place the layered lasagna on an iron tray and place on the middle rack in the oven (this will allow it to brown nicely). Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C.
