Super Easy White Chocolate Pies

These easy-to-make milk chocolate pies contain white chocolate. You can whip these up whenever the craving hits.

Ingredients: 8 mini pies

Frozen puff pastry
1 sheet
White chocolate
1 box
Egg yolk [See Helpful Hints]
1 teaspoon


1. Preparation: Let the frozen pastry soften at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the softened pastry sheet to twice the size of a piece of chocolate. Lightly moisten the edges of the sheet with water (not listed).
3. Cover with another piece of pastry and firmly press the edges together with a fork.
4. Make light cuts in the center of the top sheet for an attractive finish.
5. They also look cute if you pierce holes in the surface with a fork.
6. Line up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush on egg yolk mixed with a teaspoon of water for the glaze.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200°C. When they are a nice golden colour, they're done. Bake until they're as golden as you like.
8. Your friends will be delighted to receive these as presents.
