Cauliflower Pickles

You won't be able to stop eating this.

Ingredients: 3-4 portions

1 bunch
●Grain vinegar
150 ml
3 to 4 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
Red chili pepper


1. Cut the cauliflower apart into small clusters and boil lightly. Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers and slice.
2. Put the ingredients of ● into a plastic freezer bag and mix well. Add the cauliflower of Step1 and press the air out, close tightly and leave it.
3. Enjoy after an 1 hour.
