Yakitori In A Frying Pan

These are easy yakitori skewers you can make with a frying pan. Simple yet delicious.

Ingredients: 10 sticks with leeks

Chicken thigh
Japanese leek
as much as you like
as needed
60 ml
○Soy sauce
30 ml
30 ml


1. Cut chicken thigh and onion into bite-size pieces and skewer. Sprinkle katakuriko and set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan and place the yakitori in a single layer. Cook over medium~high heat and lightly brown the surface.
3. Combine the ○ flavoring ingredients and add to the pan. Cover with a lid.
4. Turn over the chicken once while cooking. When the sauce thickens, it's done.
