Easy Salt Flavored Soup for Ramen

Easy Salt Flavored Soup for Ramen

Just dissolve all the ingredients in hot water - this is an easy and very quick salt flavored soup for ramen. But it still tastes as good or better than the soup at an inexpensive chain restaurant. I wrote this down so I can refer to it again for lunches at home.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Hot water
200 ml
Chicken soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
about 1/3 teaspoon
Pepper
a small amount
Grated garlic
a small amount

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients in a ramen bowl and mix well.
2. If you put the cooked noodles in the bowl with the soup, you have shio (salt-flavored) ramen. Enjoy with toppings of your choice. ♪

Story Behind this Recipe

As with the miso soup in Recipe ID: 968337, I bought some ultra-cheap ramen noodles that came without soup packets. I wondered if I could make the soup easily, so I gave it a try. I also have a recipe for soy sauce-flavored ramen soup, Recipe ID: 970164.
