Homemade Yeast (Bread Starter)

When the fermented liquid is ready, you can make bread starter.

Ingredients

●Fermented liquid
100 ml
●Whole wheat flour ※

○Water
70 ml

△ Whole wheat flour

■Water

■ Whole wheat

Steps

1. Strain the fermented liquid. Sterilize all the equipment.
2. Add all the ●ingredients to a container, and mix with a spatula. Make the surface flat, and let it ferment.
3. When it becomes 2.5-3 times its original volume, stir with the spatula, and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
4. Add the ○ ingredients to Step 3, and mix. Let it ferment until it becomes 2.5 times in volume. Stir once, and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
5. Add the ▲ ingredients, and mix. Repeat the Step 4 process. Mix in the △ ingredients, and repeat the process. Mix in the ■ ingredients, and repeat the process.
6. Use this mixture as bread starter and make bread.
