Snow Crystal Chocolate Brownies

Decorate these chocolate brownies with snow crystals. Have fun making the stencil!

Ingredients: 20 cmx20 cm Cake tin

♥Chocolate bar
150 g
♥Cocoa powder
50 g
♥Heavy cream 100%
2 tablespoons
♥Unsalted butter
100 g
60 g
a pinch
☆Cake flour
50 g
☆Baking powder
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Instant coffee
1 tablespoon
Chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, etc)
80 g
Powdered sugar (for decoration)

20x20 cm
a shallow square shape

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all ☆ powdered ingredients and sift together. Mix rum and coffee together.
2. Make the stencil. Prepare a 20x20 cm paper. Fold in half, in quarters, and then in eighths. Draw like the photo and cut.
3. Open the paper. Flatten the joint. The stencil size is for 1 cut of brownie.
4. Put all ♥ ingredients into a large bowl in a double broiler to melt.
5. Add ♡ ingredients to mix in. Mix until creamy.
6. Then add the rum, ☆ powdered ingredients, and nuts. Mix until no longer floury.
7. Pour the batter into the cake tin. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven. Make sure it doesn't burn. After baking, let it cool, then remove the parchment sheet and cut into squares.
8. Put the paper stencil on the top and sprinkle on some powdered sugar. Then remove the paper stencil very carefully. It's done.
9. Harapeko lion san made hexagon snow crystals. Make hexagons by folding the paper in 6.
