A Healthy Dessert ✿ Sweet Potato Dumplings

These healthy dumplings can be eaten for a snack or with dinner too. ✿ This dish is great for your health and is a hit with both children and adults.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Asian sweet potato
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
a small amount
a little


1. Peel off the skin of the sweet potato.
2. Slice into 1cm-thick round slices and soak in water for 15 minutes to remove any scum.
3. Steam, boil, or soften the slices in the microwave. Then, place them in a bowl and mash them up. Add the katakuriko, honey and salt. Mix together.
4. Form your dumplings into any shape. Heat some butter in a frying pan, brown both sides, and they're done!
