Make an Easy and Crispy Cocoa Cookie Dough in 10 Minutes Using a Bag

This is a variation of "Make an Easy, Crispy, and Flaky Cookie Dough in 10 Minutes Using a Bag" recipe. Bake them thicker and enjoy crispy, flaky, and delicious cookies.
This is an easy recipe that you can make with the ingredients you have on hand.

Ingredients: makes about 15 cookies

Cake flour
100 g
Processed cocoa (hot chocolate mix)
30 g
Sugar
30 g
Vegetable oil (I used canola oil)
40 g
For Valentine's day
To give it to your friend

Steps

1. Place a plastic bag on a scale, and add all the ingredients except the vegetable oil as you weigh them.
2. Shake the bag to combine the ingredients.
3. Place the plastic bag on the scale again and add the vegetable oil as you weigh.
4. Knead the dough over the bag to incorporate it.
5. Once the dough comes together, roll it into a stick.
6. Cut out the bag and cut the dough into 5 mm thick slices with a knife.
7. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃.
8. The fresh cookies out of the oven are very soft and they fall apart easily. Let them rest as they are until they are cool.
9. They are also delicious if you substitute the cocoa power with green tea mix or Milo. If you use pure cocoa powder, you will have the bitter sweet taste that adults like!
