Simple Baked Curry Rice Casserole

I created this using leftover keema curry.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Left over keema curry (Recipe ID: 978165)
as needed
Hot cooked white rice
as much as you plan to eat
as needed
Toppings (optional)
★ Butter (to mix with the rice)
as needed
★ Parmesan cheese or panko
as needed
★ Dried parsley (to sprinkle on top)
as needed


1. Place the rice in a heat-resistant bowl and top with leftover keema curry, egg, and cheese.
2. Bake in the oven at 240°C for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown. (You can also bake it in a toaster oven.)
3. Mix the butter into the white rice. Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese or panko before baking for a crisp.
