Ginger Fried Pork Meatballs

These are very meaty meatballs made from chopped pork!
Cook it with the sharp ginger sauce!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork offcuts
400 g
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
A thumb-sized knob


1. Ground up the pork in a food processor. Finely chop the green part of the scallion. Grate the ginger.
2. Put half of the juice from the grated ginger into a bowl. Add the ground pork, chopped scallions, and the ● ingredients and knead together.
3. Oil a frying pan. Divide the meat mixture into 16 balls and add to the pan. Turn the heat on medium. When they start to sizzle, cover with a lid.
4. Mix together the remaining ginger and ★ ingredients. When the meat becomes white, flip over, pour in the sauce, and continue cooking until the sauce is reduced.
