Avocado Mayonnaise for Fried Foods and More

Avocado Mayonnaise for Fried Foods and More

This avocado mayonnaise is soft and creamy like a mousse. Eat with fried foods, spread on sandwiches and more. It has vitamin E, fiber and potassium! It's low in cholesterol too.

Ingredients: A quantity that is easy to make

Sour cream (or use room temperature cream cheese instead)
100 g
Mayonnaise (You can use tofu mayonnaise instead. See Recipe ID: 1249668!)
100 g
Lemon juice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons
Condensed milk (or honey)
2 teaspoons or to taste
about 1/3 teaspoon
To taste

1. Microwave the avocado whole for 1 1/2 minutes. When you split the avocado, it should have turned bright green! (It's hot, so be careful!)
2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add creaminess with the condensed milk. Adjust the sweetness and saltiness to taste.
3. I made my own sour cream using user "Sarunomaki's Recipe ID: 960011. (It's so easy to make sour cream this way!)
4. Tartare sauce is high in cholesterol, but this sauce is healthy. Mix with tuna to make sandwiches, or serve with french fries!
5. I use this mayonnaise.

Story Behind this Recipe

I love the avocado mayonnaise sold at a famous jam and preserves store in Karuizawa, so I asked one of the store people for tips on how to make this, and tried it out.
