Pork Shogayaki (Ginger Fried Pork)

Marinating in the sauce made from apples and onions makes the pork tender. All steps have a photo.

Pork (Thinly sliced, about 5 mm)
300 g

1/2
Onion
1/4
Soy sauce
50 ml

Story Behind this Recipe

Somebody gave me a lot of apples and I couldn't eat them all, so I made marinade from ground apples.
