Sautéed Pork with Kiwi Sauce

Sautéed Pork with Kiwi Sauce

Pork and kiwi surprisingly go very well together.
You can make the sauce in a jiffy, but it's still an attractive dish to serve to guests.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork (I used filet here)
250 g
Seasoning: salt, black pepper
a large amount
Kiwi Sauce
1 tablespoon
White wine
1 tablespoon
10 g

1. Dice the kiwi and place into a heat-resistant dish along with the other ingredients. Microwave for 3 minutes at 900 W. Take it out to mix it up once and then microwave for another 3 minutes.
2. Cut the pork into thick slices and season with a large amount of salt and black pepper. Pan-fry in olive oil until crispy.
3. Place the pork on a plate and top with lots of kiwi sauce.
