Easy Sweet Potato Cake Using Only 20 g of Butter!

Easy to make using just 1 bowl! Healthy! No need to whisk! It's low in butter and sugar! This cake is super delicious, moist, and fluffy!

Ingredients

Egg

Sugar
50 g
Milk
100 ml
Butter
20 g
Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
5 g
Sweet potato
1/2 medium

Steps

1. Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm cubes, then soak in water.
2. Melt the butter in the microwave, then mix in the sugar, eggs, and milk. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture. (Sifting is optional.)
4. Pour the batter into a pound cake mold, put the well-drained sweet potatoes on top of the batter (or press them down into it), and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
