Broccoli and Corn Scrambled Eggs for your Benot

Pack lots of veggies in your bento lunch box.
An easy dish to prepare in the busy mornings.

Ingredients

Egg
1 large
Broccoli
1-2 florets
Corns
1 tablespoon
(Cheese)
(optional)
Consome powder or chicken stock powder
1/2 teaspoon
Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
Coffee creamer
1 portion
Salt and pepper
to taste
Margarine
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the broccoli with kitchen scissors.
2. Mix all the ingredients except for the margarine.
3. Melt margarine in a pan and saute Step 2. Clump the scrambled egg into one portion.
4. Done.
