Salmon Flakes and Scrambled Egg Rice Balls

It's colorful and pretty and easy to make!

Ingredients

Plain cooked rice
1 bowl
Egg
1
Salmon flakes (ready made)
1 tablespoon plus
Sesame seeds
to taste
Sugar
a pinch
Salt
a pinch

Steps

1. Spread oil in a non-stick pan and add the egg (seasoned with salt and sugar). Cook on medium heat to scramble the egg. Mix it well with chopsticks so it becomes crumbly as shown.
2. Put the rice, the egg from step 1, the salmon flakes, and sesame in a bowl and mix.
3. Form into your desired shape and they're done.
