Three-Texture Toast with Mizuna and Tempura Crumbs

Three-Texture Toast with Mizuna and Tempura Crumbs

Just cut up the ingredients and put on top of toast on busy mornings! Enjoy 3 different textures in one dish - mizuna leaves, tempura crumbs and bread!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Bread loaf cut into 6 or 8 slices
1 slice
as needed
Mizuna greens
1/5 of a bag
Tempura crumbs
about 1 tablespoon
as you like
Okonomiyaki sauce
to taste

1. Toast the bread then spread it with margarine.
2. Wash the mizuna, grasp the stem and shake to drain.
3. Cut the mizuna into 1.5 cm pieces (it will be difficult to eat if it's too long) and top on the bread.
4. Top with the tempura crumbs, mayonnaise and sauce in that order.
5. Enjoy the crispy texture! It's also delicious with shrimp or squid-flavored tempura crumbs.
