Of course spicy fried chicken is tasty, but how about trying it with a light and simple flavor?

Ingredients

Chicken drumettes
as needed
Salt
to taste
Pepper
as much as you like
Katakuriko
as needed
Frying oil
as needed

Steps

1. Pierce the fleshy parts of the drumettes a few times with a fork.
2. Sprinkle some salt on evenly, and rub the salt into each drumette by hand. Repeat the process using pepper.
3. Coat with katakuriko and fry in oil for 8-10 minutes.
