Chinese Chives with Mayonnaise, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Seeds

You can eat up 2 bunches of Chinese chives with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame seeds dressing. It is easy to prepare this in a microwave.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese chives
2 bunches
●Ground sesame seeds
2 heaping tablespoons
●Sugar
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
●Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the Chinese chives into 3cm lengths, and lay on a heatproof plate. Lightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2.5 minutes at 600 W, then cool.
2. When the Chinese chives from Step 1 cool down, tightly squeeze out the excess water. Put the Chinese chives and ● ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix well, and serve onto a plate, then it's done.
