Curry Flavored Fried Chicken Tenders With Yakisoba Sauce

Chicken tenders (chicken breasts)
2 tenders (3 chicken breasts)
♡Yakisoba sauce (powder) from a packet of yakisoba noodles
1 teaspoon (1 1/2 packets)
♡Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon (2 teaspoon)
♡Beaten egg
1 teaspoon (1 tablespoon)
Plain flour
as needed (about 3 heaping tablespoons)
Vegetable oil
as needed

Steps

1. Take any sinews off the chicken tenders. Butterfly it out to make it one big thin piece.
2. Put the chicken in a bag or bowl, add the ♡ ingredients in the order listed and rub them in over the bag.
3. Rub or dust with flour just before frying the chicken.
4. If you want to make a lot of chicken, put the pieces in a bowl and rub the flour into them in there.
