Rum Chocolate (Cold)

A sweet frozen cocktail. It's delicious, but only recommended for those with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Dark rum
45 ml (1.5 oz)
Heavy cream
60 ml (2 oz)
Chocolate syrup
60 ml (2 oz)
Crushed ice
3/4 cup


1. Use a measuring cup to measure the cream, chocolate, crushed ice and dark rum, pour into a mixer in that order, and blend. You can add some vanilla ice cream if you like.
2. Pour a little cream into a round bottomed glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass.
3. When the mixture has become smooth and sherbet-like, stop the blender and pour into the glass.
