A quick recipe--just soak the ingredients and they're finished in no time! I recommend serving it on top of rice.
I had some leftover bean sprouts, so I came up with a recipe I could make fairly quickly... It was cold out, so I tried it with a thick sauce.
Bean sprouts are great because they're nice and crispy and can be prepared very quickly! I wrote "one bag" for the bean sprouts, but you can use 200g or 250g--whichever you prefer.
