Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Tortilla chips and dip are delicious! This is just like the taste of dips I love in American restaurants!!

Ingredients: Enough for about 12 chips

about 300 g
Artichoke hearts (preserved)
about 400 g
Creamy Alfredo sauce (canned)
about 450 g
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup
Finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup
Cream cheese
about 100 g


1. Preheat the oven to 175℃.
2. Next, finely chop the spinach. If frozen, heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and squeeze out the excess moisture.
3. Drain the artichoke hearts and finely mince.
4. Put all of the ingredients into a 20 x 20 cm baking pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
6. Finally, it is ready once the top browns a bit.
