Easy! Fluffy Teriyaki Yellow-Tail

The fish turns out really tender and shiny and goes great with rice.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Yellow-tail fish filets
as needed
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons


1. Mix all ● ingredients.
2. Evenly coat the fish with flour.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, and grill the fish. Once both sides have cooked well, soak excess oil with a paper towel.
4. Pour sake into the pan. Once the sake has evaporated, add the ● ingredients and simmer. Once the sauce has thickened, it's done.
5. If desired, add grated ginger and garlic with other seasonings.
