Miso Stir-Fry with Garlic Shoots and Konnyaku

It's an easy stir-fry with garlic shoots and konnyaku. Chinese chicken stock and miso combine for some big flavor.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Garlic shoots
1 bunch
Konnyaku
1
★Red miso or blended miso
1 tablespoon
★ Sake
1 tablespoon
Weipa
21/2 teaspoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Combine the ★ marked ingredients well.
2. Cut the garlic shoots into 5 cm pieces and cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil. Over medium-high heat, cook the garlic shoots and konnyaku together well.
4. When everything is cooked through, add the seasoning mixture to Step 1 and combine everything together and cook for another a few minutes.
5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
6. [Variations] It was good with green bell peppers. *I used 2 green peppers
