Butterflied Chicken Wings Grilled with Seasoned Salt

Butterflied Chicken Wings Grilled with Seasoned Salt

Easy to eat because you cut and butterfly or open up the chicken wings. You can also save time. The simple taste of salt and garlic is really good.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken drumettes or the first joint of a chicken wing
☆ Salt
1 teaspoon
☆ Garlic (grated)
1 clove

1. Make a slit in the center of the chicken wings and slice to open up from the slit.
2. Put the chicken wings in a plastic bag or a bowl, add salt and grated garlic, and mix well. Leave in the fridge for more than 1 hour.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and put in the opened up chicken wings.
4. Brown both sides of the chicken wings. If you're concerned about how well chickens are cooked through, cover the pan and steam-cook after you've flipped them over.
