Ingredients: 4 servings

Shrimp

*Egg yolk
1/2
Silken tofu
50g
* Usukuchi soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Grated cheese
to taste
Panko
as needed
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Add the * ingredients to a bowl and use a whisk to mix together until smooth. This is the sauce.
2. Shell the shrimp but leave the tail and the joint next to the tail. Open the stomach and remove the intestines from the back. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
3. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper, cover with the sauce from Step 1, sprinkle on some panko and Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 230℃ oven for 7 minutes.
4. Garnish with parsley and they're done.
