Hamaguri Clam Pasta

This luxurious pasta is packed with the delicious flavor of hamaguri clams. It's a luxurious dish that you'll be hooked.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Fresh hamaguri clams
8 large
Shimeji mushrooms
1 small pack
1 clove, minced
Red chili pepper
about 2
Green onion
as needed, finely chopped

White wine or sake
200 ml
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
to boil the pasta
160 g
Canned tuna
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
a small amount


1. Wash and prepare the hamaguri clams. Mince the garlic and onion. Chop the chili peppers.
2. Boil the pasta.
3. Put the olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers into the frying pan. When they become fragrant, add the clams. Pour in the white wine and cover with a lid.
4. When the clams have opened, add the tuna and the shimeji mushrooms. Add the boiled pasta from Step 2, the butter, and the soy sauce. Entwine all the flavors with the pasta and it's finished.
