Thinly Sliced Pork and Enoki Mushroom in Gochujang Sauce

Thinly Sliced Pork and Enoki Mushroom in Gochujang Sauce

This is pan-fried thinly sliced pork in Korean-style sweet n' spicy sauce! The large amount of enoki mushrooms gives this a distinct texture! This is the best with rice and beer! The flavoring is simple! It is shiny from the glaze!

Story Behind this Recipe

I sometimes just want to binge-eat on a Gochujang-flavored dish. I made this with thinly sliced pork belly and enoki mushrooms that I had in the fridge, and it turned out delicious!
