Slice sweet potato into 5-7mm half circles (or if it's large, cut into quarters). Soak in water then drain.
Place sweet potatoes in a microwavable dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for about 2 minutes until softened. (My microwave is 900 W)
Heat the butter or margarine in a pan then add sugar.
Transfer the sweet potatoes from Step 2 to the pan and cook until golden brown, coating with butter. Drizzle in the honey.
Toss with black sesame seeds. I recommend a generous amount.
Serve on a plate. Bon appetit!

I wanted to eat a sweet potato snack as soon as possible!
The pictures uploaded have the recipes doubled. Adjust microwave time depending on your microwave size. Also, the amount of sugar depends on the natural sweetness from sweet potatoes. If you have very sweet potatoes, try salt instead of sugar! A sprinkle of cinnamon powder also works.
