Kimchi and Tomato Rice Bowl for an Energy Boost in the Morning

This is great on busy mornings! The combination of kimchi, tomato and the umami of cheese is delicious with rice and very nutritious too. It'll help you kick off your day on a high note even when you're feeling a bit tired.

Ingredients: 1 bowlful

Ground pork
60 g
Tomato
100 g
Kimchi
50 g
Grated cheese
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Plain steamed rice
1 serving
Finely chopped green onion
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the tomato into wedges, and roughly chop the kimchi.
2. Stir-fry the ground pork until crumbly. Add the tomato and stir fry some more, then turn off the heat and add the kimchi. Season with the grated cheese, salt and pepper, then drizzle with sesame oil for the extra fragrance.
3. Put the into bowls, add the stir-fry, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's done.
