Basic Pizza Dough Made in a Bread Maker

This is a thick pizza dough that you can rearrange in many ways. Kids love this delicious smelling pizza. You can make a lot and freeze them for later.

Ingredients: 3 sheets

◎Bread flour
150 g
◎Cake flour
150 g
◎Dry yeast
2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon
150 ml
◎Olive oil
3 tablespoons
For the tomato sauce
Canned tomatoes
1 small can
to taste


1. Put all the ◎ ingredients in a bread maker, and start the "dough" course.
2. Roll the dough into a ball. Place in a bowl which was greased with olive oil (not listed), and let it proof (with the oven setting) for 20 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 3 portions, and roll into balls. Roll them out evenly with a rolling pin horizontally and vertically.
4. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce in a circle on your fingers. Pre-bake in the oven for 8 ~ 10 minutes at 200℃ ~ 220℃.
5. The dough looks like this after pre-baking.
6. Then put your favourite toppings, and bake in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes at 220℃.
7. If you have leftover dough, pre-bake, put in a ziploc bag, and put it in the freezer. It will come in handy.
8. I baked it with wiener sausages this time. You can make your own variations.
