Pork Miso Soup with Sweet Potatoes

A unique pork miso soup with a great combination of pork and sweet potatoes. Give it a try!


Sweet potato
300 g
150 g
Daikon radish
100 g
100 g
Burdock root
50 g
Japanese leek
50 g
30-50 g
Dashi stock granules
to taste


1. Cut the vegetables and pork. Cut the sweet potatoes into bigger sizes than the others.
2. Saute the pork briskly. Add the vegetables and add water.
3. Skim off the scum with a ladle. Add the dashi stock granules and simmer.
4. When the vegetables have softened, add the miso and simmer until it has dissolved. Turn off the heat.
5. Finished!
