Carrot Cake For Beautiful and Healthy Skin

This low-sugar carrot cake is good for your skin.
It's a nutritious treat that both children and dieters will enjoy.

Ingredients: 8 to 10 cakes

Sugar
100 g
Butter or margarine
80 g
Egg yolk
2 eggs' worth
Carrot
1
Egg white
2 eggs' worth
★ Cake flour
160 g
★ Baking powder
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. In a large bowl, cream the butter, then stir in the sugar, adding it in several batches.
2. Add one egg yolk at a time to the bowl, and thoroughly mix.
3. Add grated carrots to the bowl and mix well until evenly incorporated.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until they're a stiff meringue.
5. Add half of the meringue to the batter, and then sift in half of the ★ ingredients. Cut in the batter with a rubber spatula, and repeat.
6. Pour the batter from Step 5 into a muffin tin, and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃.
7. After they are finished baking, remove from the mold, and cool on a rack!

I used a recipe that my mother taught me to make this low sugar treat.
