Easy Frying-pan Crispy Bread Crust Rusks

Easy Frying-pan Crispy Bread Crust Rusks

You can make these easy crispy rusks in a frying pan.
The butter and sugar smells fantastic.

Bread crusts of a 8-slice loaf
8 slices (the whole loaf)
2-3 tablespoons
Granulated sugar
4-5 packets (or 12-15 g)

1. Dice the bread crust.
2. Add margarine to the frying pan and melt the margarine. Add the bread crusts and coat the pieces.
3. When all the margarine has been absorbed by the bread crusts, add the granulated sugar. Roast until the bread crusts are crisp and all the moisture has evaporated.
4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with granulated sugar to garnish, and set aside until cooled.
