This is a healthy, spicy and yummy soy milk hotpot. Simmer the ingredients in soy milk and chicken soup stock, and add the meat-miso at the end. Add ramen noodles to finish the dish.
I wanted to make this soy milk hotpot spicy, so I created this recipe.
Sesame seed paste gets clumpy, so dissolve in the soup. Adding ground sesame seeds is also delicious.
