Using chicken soup stock granules gives you an authentic Chinese restaurant taste.

Egg

Spinach
3 ~ 4 leaves
Water
400 ml
Chicken soup stock granules
2 tablespoons
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Add chicken soup stock granules into hot water, and bring to a boil.
2. Add the bite-sized spinach.
3. Dissolve the katakuriko in 1 tablespoon of water, and gently pour in. Swirl in the beaten egg little by little. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and it's done!
4. It became really thick, but it's delicious.
