Chinese Cabbage & Bacon Milk Soup

The sweetness of Chinese cabbage with the richness of bacon and butter. Also includes powered cheese. For a bit of warmth on cold days or at your breakfast table.

Ingredients: serves 2

Chinese cabbage
about 2 leaves
Sliced bacon
as desired
1 cup - 200 ml
1 cup (200 ml)
Soup stock cubes
5 g
Grated cheese
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Black pepper
to taste


1. Chop the cabbage. Cut the bacon into 1 cm pieces.
2. Put water into a pot and heat. Add cabbage, bacon, and broccoli, then add soup stock.
3. Once the vegetables have cooked through, add milk. Once it's warmed again, add butter and powered cheese. Flavor with salt and pepper.
4. Transfer to your serving plate and sprinkle black pepper and it's finished.
