Oven-Baked Cabbage and Potato

An easy dish with no need for a frying pan! It's healthy dish where you can consume lots of cabbage.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1/4 head
3 slices
Sliced cheese
2 slices
To taste
Black pepper
To taste
To taste


1. Chop the cabbage into thick slices, microwave for about 4 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the potato into 5 mm slices and cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.
3. On a heat-resistant dish, layer the bottom with cabbage, potato slices, and bacon on top.
4. Top with mayonnaise to taste.
5. Tear the cheese slices into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
6. Bake in oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
7. When it starts to brown nicely, it's done!
