Lots of Veggies Mayo Miso Foil-Broiled Salmon

This is simple and delicious! This is foil-broiled salmon with lots of veggies and mushrooms. Just one of these is perfectly nutritionally balanced!

Ingredients: 2 people

Fresh salmon filets
2 cuts
Bean sprouts
1 bag
1/2 medium
Green peppers
Enoki mushrooms
1/2~1 package
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2~1 package
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
2 pats (20g)
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Preheat an oven to 465F/240C. Mix all of the ★ flavoring ingredients together, cut the vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes, and shred the mushrooms.
2. Put vegetables into the aluminum foil, place the salmon on top, and sprinkle the whole thing with salt and pepper. Put the flavoring ingredients on top of the salmon, and put a pat of butter on top.
3. Tightly close the aluminum foil, and cook in the preheated oven at 465F/240C for about 20 minutes.
4. Scatter with green onions and spritz with lemon to taste.
5. Flake the salmon, mix it up with the vegetables, and enjoy!
