Super Easy! Cubed Konnyaku "Steak"

How about some tasty cubes of konnyaku "steak"?
They'll be ready in no time at all!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Bonito dashi stock
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons


1. Score both sides of the konnyaku in a lattice pattern, before slicing it into cubes.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the konnyaku. Once browned, add the bonito dashi stock and cook well.
3. Add the soy sauce and cook another a few minutes before adding the sesame seeds.
