For Bentos: Fish Sausage and Ao-Nori Seaweed Tamagoyaki

A 1-egg tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) is made more voluminous by adding fish sausages. These are perfect for bentos.

Ingredients

Egg
1
Fish sausage
To taste
Aonori
1/2 teaspoon
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
2 pinches
Vegetable oil
a small amount

Steps

1. Chop up the fish sausage roughly.
2. Mix everything together except for the oil.
3. Spread some oil in a small tamagoyaki pan. Pour in the egg, let it cook and then roll it up.
4. Here's how it looks rolled up. Let it cool a bit before cutting. (It's easy to cut.)
5. Made this with just 1 egg. I got 3 slices out of it.
6. The top photo shows a 2-egg tamagoyaki. I used twice the amount of flavoring ingredients.
