Surprisingly Sweet Black Pepper Stir-Fried Sweet Potatoes

It's simple. Bring out the sweetness from the sweet potatoes with salt.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sweet potato
1 large
Olive oil
2 taplespoons
Salt
less than 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
to your liking

Steps

1. Cut the sweet potatoes diagonally into 1.5 cm slices, then cut them into strips. Soak in water, then drain.
2. Put the well-strained sweet potatoes and olive oil in a pan and mix well. Cover with a lid and turn on the heat.
3. When you hear steaming rising, turn down the heat and steam-fry for about 7~10 minutes. When cooked through, take the lid off and stir-fry until crispy.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix briefly, then it's done.
