Dense Caramel Banana Bread

This is an easy, flavorful, chewy banana bread made with caramel syrup. Try it for breakfast or as a snack. It's oil-free!

Ingredients: 18 cm pound cake

Bread (strong) flour
100 g
Baking powder
Sugar (light brown sugar)

1. Preparation: Peel the banana and chop it up. If it's not ripe, microwave until softened.
2. Mix together the egg and sugar in a bowl. If you use a hand mixer, it mixes up nicely.
3. Add the caramel syrup, yogurt, and cinnamon and mix together. Add 2/3 of the banana and mix.
4. Sift the dry ingredients and fold into the dough (don't knead). Fold in the remaining banana.
5. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake at 180℃ for 25-30 minutes. When a toothpick or skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, it is done.
6. Let the cake cool in the pan. Once cooled, remove from the pan and wrap with plastic. It's even more moist and flavorful the next day.
