Sukiyaki-style Simmered Vegetables and Beef

This is a warming dish with which you can eat a good quantity of vegetables.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Beef
250 g
Chinese cabbage
1/4
Shiitake mushrooms
6
Onions
1 medium
Japanese leek
1/2
Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
1/2 packet
Tofu
1 block
Seasonings
Mirin
100 ml
Sake
100 ml
Soy sauce
100 ml
Sugar
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. (If you can't put them in all at once, do it later when the vegetables go down in volume.) Add the seasoning ingredients.
2. Once it starts bubbling and the vegetables have wilted, add the beef and cook over high heat. When the beef is cooked, it's done!

My mother used to make this often, so I tried to recreate it in my own way!
