Cut each slice of cheese into 4 pieces. If using frozen blueberries, thaw.
Lay the gyoza skins in the muffin tin.
Put in the cheese.
Divide the blueberries and dropon top of the cheese. Cover each with a small amount of honey.
Bake in a toaster oven for 4-4.5 minutes.
Serve on a plate. Garnish with mint (not listed) if you have any.
Story Behind this Recipe
I thought of a quick and easy recipe that uses the mild flavor of Kraft Sliced Cheese and could be used as both a snack for the kids and an appetizer for drinks.
If you have a heat-resistant container that's the perfect size for the gyoza skins to fold up, use that, such as a ramekin or small bowl. Anything is fine. I used a 1000 W toaster-oven. Adjust the baking time according to the strength of your own toaster-oven.
