Really Nutritious!! Kinako (Roasted Soy Flour) Milk Drink

This drink is really filling and prevents you from over-eating. Kinako is packed with protein and fibre, and is good for your health!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Hot water
3 tablespoons
Roasted soy flour
2 tablespoons
Milk
200 ml

Steps

1. Put the hot water and kinako in a cup and mix well.
2. Add the milk and mix some more.
3. Kinako settles at the bottom of the cup easily, so mix it with a spoon as you drink! The photo shows the drink just finished.
4. The texture is a little grainy, but that is the kinako at work! You'll love it when you get used to it. It will make you feel healthy.
5. If you want to drink it hot, microwave it in Step 2.
